About Dan
Dan Mechling, owner of Synergy Efficiency, has been in the construction business for over 16 years. He was raised in a small town in Idaho where he attended Idaho State University and graduated with honors earning a degree in Business Management and minors in Finance and Marketing.
After college, Mechling renovated run down houses making them more energy efficient and turning them into homes for less fortunate families. Dan takes great pride in his work and in 2010 he started working with various utility companies around the country assisting them with their energy efficiency upgrade rebate programs. Over those five years Dan has helped 10,000's of utility customers homes achieve the highest energy ratings saving these customers and the utility companies millions.
In 2015, Mechling decided to start Synergy Efficiency, LLC, a fully licensed, insured, and BPI certified energy efficiency upgrade company. Synergy Efficiency is a company devoted to working with the Department of Energy and local utility companies. They focus on customer satisfaction and education of energy saving programs and implementation of these programs. They have a trained and certified team of energy efficiency consultants and technicians to insure your upgrade is done to Energy Star™ standards. These consultants make sure homeowners know and understand the procedures and savings involved with the upgrade. The consultants and technicians will assist with the entire rebate process so it is quick and painless.
